What is the best fat burning exercise program that you can perform that is proven to work? The answer to that is not a simple answer as people can respond differently to certain exercise routines.
The obvious exercises that come to mind when trying to find the ones that burn fat the best are: swimming, walking, muscle strengthening workouts, cycling and running etc. These are all proven methods of ways to burn fat but in order to reap the very best results, then a healthy low carb diet should be included as your overall best fat burning exercise program.
