One of the quickest ways to lose belly fat is to drastically reduce your food/calorie intake and perform regular daily exercise, but cutting back on food is almost impossible without the use of certain drugs. And even if we could halve our food intake for even a short while, it is almost certain that we would binge directly after the famine with no concern for the consequences. So starving is definitely not the way to go.
